Bara Consulting made a full house of it at Minex Europe in Trim, Ireland this year. Not only did we sponsor, but took a booth (unheard of!) gave a talk *and* nabbed second prize in the inaugural gala dinner quiz on the Thursday night!
The booth was very nice, flanked by our two newly-printed conference banners:
We had very nice neighbours, too, with ALS Global having the booth to the left, and Ireland Geological Survey to the right. Great chats had all round. Other esteemed exhibitors included our good friends at ERM, as well as SLR and Imdex, and local mining companies Boliden Tara and Dalradian Gold.
Talks were generally excellent, though perhaps more time was needed for questions, especially around the keynote sessions concerning resource security for Europe and the newly-minted Critical Raw Materials Act (CRMA). More on that later…
Top feature this year was the Gala Dinner and inaugural Minex Quiz, won by team Cobalt closely followed by team Zinc (go team Zinc!).
