We are pleased to introduce the newest member of the Bara family, Richard Towner-Roethe!
Richard graduated with a degree in Geology from the TU Bergakademie Freiberg in Germany in 2014, before completing a Master’s Degree in Mining Geology at the Camborne School of Mines in 2016. Since graduating he has delivered on mining and infrastructure projects across the UK, Germany and the Balkans, most recently leading strategic and technical development on the Zinnwald Lithium Project for Zinnwald PLC, an AIM-listed project developer. Previous roles to this include working as Project Manager with Mineco on Base Metal Projects in the Balkans from exploration stages through detailed design, procurement, construction and commissioning stages, then as Assistant Engineering Manager for RWE Renewables (UK) working with the technical team as well as the consents team on the Rampion 2 Offshore Wind Farm Project, successfully obtaining a Development Consent Order for the Project in April 2025.
Now Principal, Project Development for Bara Consulting, Richard will take initial responsibility for development-stage project execution in Bara’s UK office, though in time will expand his portfolio to strengthen the management and execution of Bara’s client projects globally.
